If you started learning React and wanted to install React in your System (Windows 10) using create-react-app you might end up getting error like "Error: EPERM: operation not permitted". It fails on the node_modules which makes me think that might be there is a problem not with the installation but somewhere else.
It also fails on the scandir by saying yjay Operation not permitted. I reran it using the Administrator but again no luck. You can check the error below.
To Solve this Issue you need to clean your cache. You need to set --force flag otherwise it will throw an error like below.
Once Done you can again run create-react-app nameoftheapp to see it works.
